What options do I have for overfunded investors?

When an investor overfunds their investment we often see companies offer the investor the option to increase their allocation to match with the funding amount or, alternatively, offer a refund. 

Increasing their allocation will require the investor’s signature to be reset on the agreement to allow for the updates to be reflected in the investor’s subscription agreement. Your investor will then be prompted to re-sign the agreement.
