Within the "Manage Transactions" window, you may select the menu on the left hand side of a transaction and select the "Refund" option.

If you select this option, you will see a confirmation window. By selecting "Ok", you will process the refund and the transaction will transition into the "Refunded" state, and the investor will now appear as "Unfunded". Please note that it may take several seconds for the changes in state to take effect, and you may need to refresh the page to see them accurately reflected.
