What is the process for changing the price of my shares? Regulation Crowdfunding (CF) vs. Regulation A

1. In Regulation Crowdfunding (CF) offerings, a change in price during a live offering is not supported by DealMaker.

2. In Regulation A offerings, the offering price can be changed by up to 20% (from the original share price) without triggering a requalification with the SEC. Changes greater than 20% (from the original share price) will require requalification of the offering.
