What information can I access through DealMaker Shareholder Services?

DealMaker Shareholder Services offers a ton of information both available upon request and directly accessible at your convenience! 

As a company admin, you will freely be able to log into your DealMaker Engage portal where you can review the entire list of Followers (people who have expressed some interest in the company) and Shareholders (investors who have purchased shares in your company). If a shareholder has been issued shares, you will be able to see their book-entry statement(s) as well as any additional documents or news releases that have been shared with them. 

In addition, you can always feel free to reach out to your DealMaker Shareholder Services representative who can provide you with important documents such as a certified shareholder list as well as key numbers such as number of outstanding shares.
