What does DealMaker Shareholder Services do with your historical shareholder data?

As part of standard onboarding with DealMaker Shareholder Services, your company will be asked to submit a certified list of your historical shareholder data. This certified list can be provided by your previous transfer agent for the share class or by the company board of directors. Certified lists are usually given in PDF file format.

Your team will also be asked to submit a list of these historical shareholders in Excel format. You can download a copy of the Excel spreadsheet format that DealMaker Shareholder Services requires here.
