- Online payments are automatically deposited into customer bank account within 3 business days of accepting investors. A holdback of 5% is held for 90 days
What fees or holdback percentages apply to digital payments?
A 90-day, 5% holdback ensures your payment accounts can handle dispute and refund (chargeback) scenarios
A 5% holdback will be set for a period of 90 days with our payment processor, alongside the request to ensure 25% of the funds are not withdrawn from your account in the 90 days following their payout to you. This ensures your payment processor account and operating account can handle a chargeback, and gives you funds on hand in case one happens.
This fee, associated with digital payments on your deal, are automatically deducted from an investor's digital payment.
Lastly, please note that federal legislation provides investors with 60 days to recall their funds, most often due to an "error." For more information on this regulation, please refer to the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations.
