Can DealMaker support a deal with multiple subscription agreements?
DealMaker portals are set up to allow you to send all of your investors one subscription agreement, regardless where in the world they are based, through one portal. Using our proprietary question flow, investors are asked only the information needed of them based on their jurisdiction, and then these responses are populated in the correct places in the document for signature. So you can have investors from any region in the world sign on the same document. The software will understand their address and direct them to sign in the appropriate places.
If you already have multiple subscription agreements prepared for different regions you can set up multiple DealMaker portals, and direct investors from the appropriate region to the appropriate portal. However, unless you are running a DealMaker+ deal, you may want to consider managing everything from one portal, as it is easier administratively (and more cost-effective).
