How to generate a list of accepted investors
Once investors have been countersigned and accepted into the raise, the next step is typically to prepare for issuance of securities.
To do so, the first step is generate the list of investors of whom you’d like to issue securities. Typically, this is done through date ranges.
For example, if the raise launched on January 1 and closed on June 30, you may decide to issue securities in two tranches - January 1 to March 31 and April 1 to June 30.
In order to generate this list of accepted investors within specified date ranges, open the DealMaker portal and in the “Investors” tab, click “Filters”
Then select the option “Accepted on (date range)”. This will prompt the screen below allowing you to select the date ranges you’d like to view. These investors will have been countersigned within the selected date range allowing you to quickly generate the list of accepted investors for share issuance.
