Once the questionnaire has been completed an account manager at DealMaker will be notified and will reach out to confirm the last details of setting up your deal. Existing customers can expect to receive communications from their contact from previous deals. Existing customers are encouraged to reach out to their account manager if they have payment details on file, and to confirm that this method may be charged for your new deal.
Once your portal has been prepared and the setup fee has been paid, you will gain complete access to your portal where you may finalize by adding your own terms and conditions and inviting colleagues and then, your investors.
As you complete the questionnaire, you will be presented with a preview of your agreement for review and a payments tab to complete the setup fee. Once your review and payment is complete, full access to the portal will be granted allowing you to invite colleagues and then, investors.
