What is my Shareholder Report? How can I download my company’s shareholder report?

Your Shareholder report provides a comprehensive list of your shareholders, their holdings, and a summary of total shareholders, shares issued, and outstanding stock.

To download your company’s shareholder report/register, click on 'Shareholder Ledger' on the top right side of your Engage portal. The shareholder report is updated based on account activity. If the ledger is unavailable, please contact DealMaker Shareholder Services.
