What is my Shareholder Report? How can I download my company’s shareholder report?

Your Shareholder report provides a comprehensive list of your shareholders, their holdings, and a summary of total shareholders, shares issued, and outstanding stock.

To download your company’s shareholder report or register, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Engage portal.

2. Select Cap Table from the left-hand menu.

3. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top right corner of the page.
4. Select Download Shareholder Report.

 

 

Please note: The report is updated in real-time based on account activity. If the download option is not visible, please ensure your email is added to the Team section under Company Settings.
