Exporting Documents

To export deal documents (such as the 45-106F1 form, a spreadsheet of investor data, copies of legal agreements, or the registration details export), first to go the ‘Investors' tab at the top. Scroll down and click on ‘Export Data.’ Choose the document you want, click on it, and it will download.

If you export a table to excel, it will include both investor details and funding history in separate tabs within the sheet.  To assist with a treasury direction, you can export the 'Registration Details' sheet.
