# Can I switch the company signatory of the deal once live?

Yes, you are able to switch the company signatory of a deal once live. You can do this by updating the permissions in the Teams tab. Note, only one Signatory can be assigned at once in the portal. Best practice is to maintain one signatory throughout the duration of the Deal if possible for continuity.
