Send Emails using DealMaker Engage

Engage with investors by email: invite new followers, notify members of new documents, and share news releases

Engage has three ways for your company to land in an investor’s inbox:

  1. Invite new Followers to your Engage profile
  2. Share new Documents
  3. Share a News Release

Invite new Followers to your Engage profile

Notify invited Members by email when they are added individually, or in bulk via CSV. See our article on managing Members

Click Preview to see how your invitation email looks.

Customize invitation emails

When inviting members in bulk, by clicking Add member via CSV, you can use custom text in the automated invitation emails. 

Click Edit Email Notification to reveal the rich text editor, which lets you format text, add hyperlinks, and refer to the investor by name using the [member_name] variable. 

Share new documents

Notify existing Members by email when your company uploads a new Document. Target specific Members Inboxes by name or tags, or share documents with all members.Screen Shot 2023-10-25 at 4.30.41 PM

The email will take users back to their DealMaker platform to view or download the document.  


Share a news release

Notify existing Members by email when your company publishes a News Release. Target specific Members inboxes by name or tags, or share documents with all members.

The email will show the full News Release and a button taking the user to your Engage portal.

Schedule News Releases and Documents emails

Set a date and time to schedule a new Document or News Release. Email notifications will be sent shortly after a Document is shared or a News Release is published.
