Can I use DealMaker for transactions without payments such as KYC forms, shareholder votes or testing the waters?

DealMaker offers the ability to set up portals which do not require a financial transaction as a part of the workflow. This can be ideal for workflows such as filling out a KYC form, reviewing a letter, completing a shareholder vote, signing an escrow agreement, 506(c) verification, and more.

As a facilitator, on a portal without payment functionality enabled, you will not see the “Payments” tab or any payment-related columns of the investor’s table:

The participants of your portal will not see mentions of funding, security, or price per security throughout their experience:

And the users will not have a “payment” step in their experience.

Your users will conveniently have their transaction documents stored in their DealMaker account with all of their other transaction documents.
