Can I have another transfer agent handle my previous shareholders, but have DealMaker Transfer Agent handle shareholders raised through the DealMaker platform?

It’s advisable to have one transfer agent rather than multiple for your company so that all shareholder information including shareholder actions and share statements can be recorded under one platform plus, it’s cost-efficient.

If you want to consolidate your shareholder registers from another transfer agent to DealMaker Shareholder Services (DealMaker Transfer Agent), we will require you to

  1. Terminate your relationship with your previous transfer agent (if applicable).
  2. Provide DealMaker Shareholder Services team a proof of termination.
  3. Get the final list of previous shareholder registers (if applicable) from them and provide to us for data reconciliation.
  4. The onboarding process with DealMaker Shareholder Services is considered complete only when the above three steps are fulfilled.
