To help you share your wins effortlessly, we are excited to introduce **AI-Generated Newsfeed Posts**, a new feature designed to save you time and keep your newsfeed active with positive developments. Our new AI agent scours the internet for noteworthy public news and announcements about your company. When it finds a relevant article, it automatically drafts a newsfeed post in Engage for your review. **Please Note:** This feature is currently available as a **closed pilot program**. If you are interested in participating, please contact your account manager to have it enabled for your company. #### **How It Works** The process is designed to be simple and give you complete control. #### **1. We Find Your News** Once a week, our AI system scans public sources for significant news related to your company, such as press releases, major partnership announcements, or positive media coverage. #### **2. You Get a Weekly Preview Email** Every **Monday around 1:00 PM**, an automated email will be sent to all administrative users of your company on DealMaker. You Decide What's Next** Based on the preview email, you have three simple options: - **Publish Now:** Perfect as-is? Click **Publish Now**, and the post will be immediately shared to your Engage newsfeed for all designated viewers to see. - **Edit Post:** Want to add your own touch, include a custom message, or adjust the formatting? Click **Edit Post**. You will be taken directly to the post editor within Engage, pre-filled with the AI-generated content, where you can make any changes you see fit. - **Opt Out:** Not the right fit, or not the right time? Simply click **Opt Out**. This will immediately and permanently delete the scheduled post. No action will be taken. #### **What Happens If I Do Nothing?** If you don't select any of the options in the email, the post will be **automatically published** to your Engage newsfeed on its scheduled date, which is set for one week after the email is sent. This gives your team plenty of time to review, edit, or opt out. #### **Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)** ***Q: How do I join the pilot program for this feature?*** A: To have AI-Generated Newsfeed Posts enabled for your company, please reach out to your dedicated account manager. ***Q: Who receives the weekly preview email?*** A: The email is sent to everyone in your company  with an "Admin" role in DealMaker to ensure your team has full visibility. ***Q: What kind of content will the AI generate?*** A: The system is designed to find publicly available, positive, and noteworthy news that would be of interest to your investors. This includes press releases, funding announcements, product launches, and significant media mentions. ***Q: Can I turn the feature off?*** A: Yes. If you wish to stop receiving AI-generated posts, simply contact your account manager, and they can disable the feature for you. ***Q: When does the post get published if I don't do anything?*** A: The post is scheduled to go live one week after the Monday preview email is sent.
